foot xray - bit unusualcos it's mine - h spooked, slipped and fell over on me last week.

i ended up with a lisfranc (aka totally b*ggered) dislocation & fractures inc - took 2 operations, 5 surgeons, 4 screws, 2 pins and 3 reconstructed ligaments to get it back into some sort of vague foot shape...
thankfully i do still have some movement in it and am hopeful that i will be able to ride in squishy stirrups in the future, it's not in a cast so that i absolutely cannot weightbear on it at all for the next 4-6 weeks and will be out of action for 3 months in total but i am pretty mobile on my crutches and have even managed a bath now i'm out of hospital (to my housemates' relief )
as we horsey folk are pretty unsqueamish, you can see the 'frankenfoot' post surgery (big stitches & things sticking out) if you click below - don't if you are eating!
