FOR SALE - 15.1hh TB Mare - Cheshire / ShropsVery special, long–term home wanted for my beautiful girl – she has the most beautiful nature and not a nasty bone in her body. Cali is a 10 year old ex–flat racer and I have owned her for 4 years. She is an incredibly sensitive and affectionate mare and I’m looking for a calm, consistent and equally sensitive owner.
Cali enjoys hacking out and is well behaved (although being a TB means that she can sometimes excited when she gets grass underfoot – but mostly she's fine – see photos). She prefers to hack in company but is gaining confidence to hack out alone. She is 100% in traffic. Although we haven’t done much schooling she is soft and balanced in walk and trot and schools nicely over poles.
She shows enthusiasm when jumping small fences but hasn’t done any of this for a while as jumping isn’t my thing. Cali responds well to longlining and groundwork being used regularly in her routine. Extremely sad sale due to work commitments. Cali will happily live out 24/7, good to catch, load, trim etc. She is currently ridden bitless but can be ridden in a bit and is snaffle mouthed.
