Mate needed for JakeMy barefoot TB ned needs a barefoot pal. He's been on his own long enough and it aint right.
I can offer lovely home where neddy will be loved, 24/7 turnout with field shelter, gentle NH handling, living bare and as natural as i can make it.
I cant afford tp spend real dosh on great horse, so reallistically I know I'm looking at a behavioural or barefoot disaster that someone is thinking to get rid of free - behavoural not a problem fo me as I have time and patience to spend with no deadlines for competing etc. Perhaps someone has youngster they cant manage/keep.
I know I'm looking for free horse here but I might as well be up front and say what kind of things will work for me:
- something I can ride at least eventually (I'm teeny 7 stone so around the 15-hh mark but if my hub gets into it, ned would need to carry 12-13 stone.
- I have a really soft spot for TBxID, TB, Arabs.
- ideally a mare: J has always got on v well with mares and they do seem to love him- a bit of a tart really but that's what the chics like 
- possibly consider v laid back gelding but would need to be laid back, not dominant with neddies. J can be very dominant as he's lived in badly managed herd as youngster. J is more playful/assertive with males and it would be more natural for him to have male pal of course.
